As a Social Care Worker at Hallows Care you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live as independently as possible within their own communities. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care:  Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Meal Preparation:  Preparing and serving meals to ensure nutritional needs are met. 
  • Medication Assistance:  Helping individuals manage their medications as prescribed. 
  • Emotional Support:  Providing companionship and emotional reassurance to reduce feelings of isolation.
  • Community Engagement:  Accompanying individuals to appointments, social events, and community activities to maintain social connections.
  • Monitoring Well-being:  Observing and reporting any changes in the individual's condition to relevant healthcare professionals. 
Work Environment and Flexibility
The role is community-based, and you will be visiting individuals in their homes or local settings. Hallows Care offer flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of clients and team members.

Training and Career Development

What we do


We are a locally owned, locally-run family business who has grown to become an expert in providing care and support to those who need it the most.

Despite our tremendous growth throughout the years, we are committed in maintaining the same approachable character of the family that we are. At Hallows Care we involve our staff in all our activities, we trust and help them provide the best possible service to our valued clients.
We tailor a care and support service to fit the needs of each individual, including help with personal care, washing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility, including using hoists and equipment to aid transfers around the home, getting into and out of bed, daily living tasks, assistance with pets, welfare checks, light domestic duties, social and companionship visits, social outings and help with shopping and medication collections and accessing the community.
