'Professional and Friendly'
Hallows Care has provided carers for my husband for over a year. All of his carers are professional and friendly and have made a difficult situation bearable.
His main carer always manages to go that extra step & Bill is always happy when he sees her car arrive as he knows he will be cared for exceptionally well during that visit.

'No hesitation in recommending'
Our daughter has Downs Syndrome, together with a number of other health issues. We were allocated a main carer who is employed by Hallows Care. Our daughter's needs require help in a number of different area. She has limited awareness of danger and would not be able to contact us if the need arose, because of her vulnerability she needs constant supervision exercised in a positive, inclusive manner.
Our daughter's carer has proved over time to be punctual, reliable, conscientious, friendly and helpful in her dealings with our daughter. We witness our daughter is obviously happy and relaxed in her carer's company. This is further supported by the fact that she can't wait to getup, dress and await being collected. Not something we see on other days of the week!
As our daughter is so precious to us, we would not recommend anyone who had not consistently met our strict requirements but Hallows Care certainly has.

'They listen to what i have to say '
I approached Hallows Care because I needed help with certain things. This is due to being blind, I am also restless because of blood clots and I also struggle with physical activities. I also suffer from anxiety. Hallows Care helped me by cleaning my house taking me shopping and by being social.
The result was that the staff are very courteous they smile and are very nice. I can rely on the carers and I trust everyone in the organisation.
The thing I liked is the friendly nature of the carers and that they listen to what I have to say. I also like how courteous and reliable they are.
I would recommend Hallows Care to anyone who needs care.

'They provide a very good service'
I approached Hallows Care because when my mother came out of hospital she had trouble walking. Hallows Care was recommended by the social worker at Llandough Hospital. Hallows Care helped my mother by helping her dress, shower and making sure she is ok. The result is that the carers provide a very good service for my mother.
One thing I liked was that the carer’s are fairly flexible and that they come first thing in the morning when they are needed. I also like that the carers treat my mum with dignity and respect. I found the experience overall very good . I am happy enough with the service to recommend Hallows Care to particularly people in a very similar position.

'I don't know what i'd do without them'
I approached Hallows Care because I had a very bad fall and I couldn’t get up and my GP said that I needed care. My social worker was the one who approached Hallows Care. Hallows Care helped me by helping me wash, prepare meals and clean my house. The result is that the carers are my friends they are company and I can’t wait for them to come through the door.
One thing I liked was that the carers always come when I expect them to. I found the experience excellent and I don’t know what I would do without them. I would recommend Hallows Care to friends or anyone who needed help.

'My daughter has freedom'
I approached Hallows Care because my daughter needed help with everyday activities such as food, drink and toileting. Hallows Care helped by providing my daughter with personal care and days out. The result is that the carers always arrive at perfect times and that they are great carers.
One thing I like is that my daughter’s dignity is never compromised and that she feels like she can go out and whatever she wants and she has the freedom to.
I found the experience really pleasing. I am happy with the care provided to my daughter. She is always treated with dignity and respect and I am very happy. I am happy enough to recommend Hallows Care to friends or family.
